These terms cover use of the cloudcorps website. Engagements with clients are governed by their own written agreements, not this page.

The site is informational. Content here describes services and shares general guidance; it is not an offer, a quote, or professional advice for your specific situation.
The readiness check and self-assessment
The CMMC readiness check and the NIST SP 800-171 self-assessment are educational tools. Neither is a CMMC assessment, a certification, a compliance determination, or legal advice, and a score on either creates no assurance that you will pass or fail an actual assessment. The self-assessment applies the published DoD Assessment Methodology scoring, but your official Basic Assessment score is the one you compute against your own system security plan and evidence, and report to SPRS yourself.

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available but make no warranties about either, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the site's content. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.
