Privacy policy

This policy covers the cloudcorps website. Short version: we collect what you type into the contact form, nothing else, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive your work email, the service you selected, and whether you opted into AI briefings. That's the only data this site collects. The CMMC readiness check and the full self-assessment run entirely in your browser; your answers are never sent to us. The self-assessment saves your answers to your own browser's local storage so you can come back to them, and its clear-answers button deletes them. Both tools offer to email you a summary of your results. That is off by default and happens only if you type an address and tick the box; if you do, we receive your email address and the summary text you were shown before sending, and nothing else. Your individual answers still stay in your browser.
What we do with it
We use your email to reply to your inquiry. If you checked the briefings box, we may occasionally send AI and compliance briefings; every one includes a way to opt out, and one email is enough to stop them.
Who processes it
The site is hosted on Vercel, and contact-form email is delivered by Resend. Both act as processors for the data above. We run no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party scripts on this site.
Retention and deletion
Contact submissions live in our email. To have yours deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, email compliance@cloudcorps.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. We won't weaken it retroactively for data you've already sent us.
